Are your products halal?
Certain goods are certified halal by the MUIS. Nonetheless, if you require more information, please reach us to us and we will try our best to assist.

Why is there ice coating on the goods?
Our products undergo a process known as individual quick freezing/blast freeze/semi block freezing, to retain the highest quality.

The packaging do not have any expiry date?
Some of the goods are labelled on the outer carton boxes only. Rest assured that all the products have a minimum lifespan of six (6) months up to two (two) years (Product manufactured date will fall within 2 year period). Should you have further query, you are welcome to reach out to us by WhatsApp.

Are the goods fresh or frozen?
Currently, we only offer live frozen (frozen when alive) or chilled frozen products.

Where are the products from?
International sources ranging from Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Spain, Japan, India, Chile, Atlantic region etc.

Do you deliver to residential address?
Currently, we supply to F&B establishments only. For residential deliveries, there is a minimum order quantity and other acceptable conditions.

I am not satisfied with the item.*
If there is any dissatisfaction with your purchase, please contact us within 3 hours from the dropoff and we will work with you to make it right.

Drop us an email (seafood@rundatrading.com.sg) with clear pictures and your order number. 

We do not refund for the following reasons:
1. Different in packaging / condition
2. Change of mind 
3. Promotional items

We have the absolute discretion to reject any exchanges or refunds that does not fulfill the conditions above.
